So how do you go about registering for and participating in a Webinar with IIR SA?

In order to ensure that you are up and running on the day of the Webinar it is useful to ensure that you have followed the following steps:

STEP 1: Register for the Webinar of your choice 5 easy ways:

• online the IIR SA website http://www.iir-conferences.co.za/webinarCalendar.php
• using the booking form attached to the email advertising the event
• calling the IIR SA registrations hotline +27 11 771 7000
• faxing your registration form to +27 11 880 6789
• emailing registrations@iir.co.za

STEP 2: Await a call from IIR SA confirming your registration and or an invoice via email within 12 hours

STEP 3: Please Note: Payment is required prior to the start of the Webinar

STEP 4: You will receive a ‘register for this webinar’ email within the week of your registration with IIR SA – please complete the form (see example below Step 4.1) by clicking through to the link and following the instructions.

By doing this you are now registered for the webinar you can do this as soon as you receive the email to ensure your place, however, please note you will be expected to log-in on the day as well (see example below Step 4.2)

STEP 4.3: You system will run through a check to ensure that you are able to view the webinar, if you are unsure copy this link into your Internet address box and clicki on Run System Check http://www.nowmediawebcasting.co.za/troubleshooting/, if you have any concerns/queries in this regard please contact aginsberg@iir.co.za or call +27 11 771 7000

STEP 5: You will receive and email confirming your registration (should you not have been contacted within the recommended time period please call +27 11 771 7000)

STEP 6: You will also receive a reminder email either the day before or the day of the webinar to remind you of your participation (you will use the link as previously sent to you to log-in)

STEP 7: Log in to the the webinar approximately 5 minutes prior to it starting

STEP 8: Sit back and relax – enjoy the webinar, remember you can ask as many questions as you like, some will be answered during the webinar and others may be emailed to you afterwards depending on the time constraints

STEP 9: At the end of the webinar you will be asked to follow the hyperlink to and evaluation form, please complete this as it assists us in ensuring that you are receiving the best quality information and presentations. Thank you for participating!
